Why are your Hikvision products more expensive

We are an Authorized Direct Dealer of Hikvision products now! What this means for you:

  • Full Hikvision USA warranty
  • Full 3 year warranty
  • Quality control
  • Proper firmware and updates from Hikvision’s website
  • Knowing a product is a true Hikvision product

We have decided to only carry authorized Hikvision products moving forward. This is in line with our desire to provide the best products and service to our customers. If you buy from other sources like Amazon or “OEM” white labeled Hikvision cameras, the quality and firmware support will be unknown moving forward. Hikvision has already started to change firmware English firmware to break china and gray market cameras. In the end we don’t want our customers to have to worry about this.

This also means our cost of these cameras are higher. For this reason our prices are higher. We continue to do our best to keep the prices at a reasonable level. Just know that when buying for us you’ll get full support and warranty provided by people here in the USA.

Do you Ship Internationally ?

If you need us to ship internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska please contact us for a custom quote. This quote will include international shipping costs.

In your request please include:

  • Full shipping address
  • all products to be ordered
  • Any special instructions

We will create a custom order for you that you can then pay for through our site.

Please note that our shipping costs will not cover custom fees that might be incurred by the carrier once the shipment has arrived to the destination country.

Our return and refund policy will still apply but a processing fee may apply. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges that need to be shipped back for any reason including returns/refunds/warranties.

How can I cancel or change my order ?

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. When you contact us please include your order number.

How can I return a product

We provide a no hassle 30 day return policy. For details and conditions please refer to our Return Policy page.

How long will it take to get my package ?

We do our best to ship all orders same day when available. Once an order ships, it usually takes about 1-5 days to receive your package. You receive updates from us once a tracking number is available. If you need orders quicker, please contact us for expedited shipping.

Some items may be special order or take an extra 1-2 business days to ship out. In these cases we try our best to notify you on the product page. Feel free to contact us before you place an order to confirm availability and ordering.

In some cases, products may have become on back order or no longer available. We will contact you if this affects your order to determine a solution.

What Shipping methods are available ?

Currently we offer free shipping to the continental 48 states in the USA. Expedited shipping, international shipping, and shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is available through special order. Please contact us if this applies to you.

Do you provide any warranty ?

We are authorized dealers of most products we sell which means most of our products come with a full manufacture warranty. We do carry some products that come with a Wrightwood Surveillance warranty. In either case, we do our best to indicate this on each product page before you buy.
